Water ingress and the damage it does is the main downfall of caravans.Working away unnoticed under the surface, water ingress causes serious damage to the integrity of your caravan or motorhome. It breaks down the laminated structure of the van, causing weak spots in the caravan/motorhome structure that can be potentially very dangerous when towing/driving your pride and joy down the motorway. Water ingress, if left to spread can affect the stability of your caravan whilst towing and can devalue your Caravan or Motorhome dramatically.

After an absence of several years, the Thornton Cleveleys Round Table Santa's Sleigh took to the streets of Thornton Cleveleys in the run up to Christmas 2007.  Santa's Sleigh is a charity fundraising event run by the Round Table, but after the demise of the old sleigh, the charities had to miss out. This Christmas, Alfresco Caravans and Motorhomes, came to the rescue with a fantastic new sleigh, and also lent their expertise by towing it.  Thornton Cleveleys Round Table collected a total of approximately £1200 which was donated equally to Brian House, the childrens wing of Trinity Hospice in the Fylde, and Alder Hey Childrens Hospital.
